Over the years we have honed our skills and experience in top restaurants, under such famous names as Marco Pierre White.
We have also travelled extensively through Europe and South East Asia; this love of travel is reflected in our food, which is often a fusion of British, French, European and Asian cuisines.
We are both passionate food lovers - and this extends to a keen interest in sustainability. Whether it is street food or fine dining, Sneaky Duck only ever uses free range and organic food where possible. At festivals we only use biodegradable packaging made from sugar cain pulp, palm leaves and bio plastic, which reduces the impact on the environment - but unlike wooden replacements - doesn't contribute to deforestation.
As a team we are very hands-on, visiting all suppliers regularly to check quality and sourcing, and only using the very best of ingredients.
